Cars is the saga of Lightning McQueen, a hot-shot animated NASCAR racing-car (voiced by Owen Wilson). En route to a big race, the cocky McQueen gets waylaid in Radiator Springs where he crashes, destroying many of the inhabitants’ belongings. In order to make amends for what he has done, McQueen is sentenced to Community Service. Although he will do anything to get out of the work, he must learn to respect and bond with the Radiator Springs inhabitants in order to get out of the town and back on the racetracks. Over the time, McQueen finds the true meaning of friendship, family and life.
